After coming back from a YES assignment in Cusco, Peru, and serving as hostess at the Baltimore (Md.) Discipleship Center for six months, I was job searching desperately.
One rainy evening in Achao, the members of EMM’s Chile YES team found themselves grumpy and just wanting to go to bed. But Anna, Eliot, Gabi, Gretchen, and Hadassah had to prepare for guests instead. A new friend and a friend of hers were coming to visit.
