Coaching/resourcing in North America
EMM resources church planters and provides leadership training and coaching for churches and individuals through staff at the central administrative offices. The School for Apostles event brings church planters and workers together for refreshment and resourcing. Regional leaders meet twice a year for sharing and prayer.

Resourcing international churches
EMM staff invest in relationship building, vision development, encouraging local and global mission, partnering for specific projects, and funding for some select purposes (especially in leadership development and evangelism).
