EMM loves to help teens and young adults get involved in service and missions, whether that means going on a short-term mission assignment, serving local refugees, or joining a discipleship group.
A gap year is a yearlong break from your education, especially between high school and college but possible at any point in life, often to serve and gain practical experience. Learn about spending your gap year on assignment with EMM!
Mission internships are opportunities for people 18 and older to serve on 3–18 month assignments locally and abroad. These internships help you learn cross-cultural disciple-making skills that will launch you into a lifetime of ministry, wherever God calls you.
Kingdom Teams are one-week summer opportunities for youth groups to get cross-cultural discipleship training, and put that training into practice by serving the refugee community in Lancaster County.
GO! Summer is a nine-week mission exposure program for adults (ages 18 and older) and families. Participate in two weeks of discipleship training in Lancaster, Pa., before heading to an outreach location for six weeks — locally or internationally. Finish with a week of re-entry training to process your experience.
Discipleship Teams are cross-cultural discipleship experiences in which you train and serve within a group where friendships, accountability, and mutual encouragement can develop.
Multipliers is a Lancaster County-based group where participants learn and practice simple disciple-making principles, and in turn share them with others.
Launch is EMM’s cross-cultural discipleship training program, for those who want to develop their cross-cultural understanding in an increasingly globalized world and build their mission and discipleship skills to help all people encounter and grow in Jesus.
