CATEL, Guinea-Bissau — “Yahweh, Yahweh,” sung with jubilant exultation ricocheted off the stucco walls of the modest Bissau-Guinean Mennonite meetinghouse. SALUNGA, Pa. — Paul Timothy (P. T.) Yoder Sr. passed away at the age of 91 on December 16, 2019. Yoder and his wife, Daisy, served as missionaries with Eastern Mennonite Missions (EMM) from 1956 to 1977.

LANCASTER, Pa. — Before moving to Lancaster County 18 years ago, Donna Becker had little exposure to Mennonites. In fact, she was not aware that she had ever met a Mennonite until she began studies with Eastern Mennonite Seminary in 2015. Becker spent most of her life in the Baltimore area, in the Lutheran and United Church of Christ traditions.
