The following steps describe the application process for positions at EMM’s Central Administrative Office. The applicant and EMM are under no obligations while working through these steps, and either may withdraw at any point.

If you apply online and don't hear back from us within three business days, please contact us to make sure your application has been received.
2. Interview process
Once the application deadline has passed, EMM will determine which applicants will be interviewed. This will be based on persons who best meet the qualifications of the position. References will be sent at this point. All applicants will be notified as to whether or not EMM would like to pursue an interview with them. At this point, applicants for certain positions will be asked to read and respond to EMM’s philosophy of ministry and complete a doctrinal statement; this information will be sent to you by Human Resources.
Once the interviews are complete (a second round of interviews may be held if necessary), EMM will determine who will be invited to the position and an invitation will be extended (note: the interview team may decide not to hire any of those interviewed if the right fit is not found). Once the invitation has been accepted, any other interviewees will be notified that they will not be invited to the position. All applications will be kept on file for three years.
