On Sunday afternoon, February 9, more than 300 people gathered at 450 North Prince Street for a drop-in reception and groundbreaking ceremony. Participants toured the building, looked at artist renderings, read about the history of the location, enjoyed food and fellowship, and celebrated together! At the conclusion of the ceremony, 13 individuals had the opportunity to pick up a hammer and each knock a hole in a wall. Following the ceremony, many other individuals, from young to old, also had the delight of hitting the wall … each one a small contribution in a collective undertaking! We are grateful for all those who were a part of this special history-making day!
