Every EMM worker's primary focus is to make disciples of Jesus. Be apprenticed to carry on the leadership development work of a seasoned EMM worker. Engage in both formal and informal discipleship. Applicants must be able to live and travel in in very basic, rural conditions. Fluency in French is strongly preferred. Given the cultural context, this position is for male applicants only.

Help managers stay in touch with the changing needs of guests. Engage with guests during breakfast and dinner; join them for tea when possible. Be equipped to work with refugees and immigrants, developing a deeper understanding of the region from which many of them come.
