Work with the EMM team and a local Chilean couple to develop a Christian retreat center/camp on a beautiful island property near Puerto Montt. This position is ideal for those with skills in design and creativity, construction, and/or gardening and upkeep. Intermediate proficiency in Spanish is necessary.

Participate in a Going Public internship, in partnership with Glenwood Church, for up to 10 months in the Welsh capital city of Cardiff. Gain experience in a whole host of areas alongside British and expatriate youth. Areas of service include youth or children’s work, community work, social action, teaching and facilitating, sports ministry, or creative arts. Develop skills and explore new gifts, grow in knowledge, be challenged, strengthen faith, engage in personal reflection, and be missional for the kingdom and for the world. Grow in leadership and discipleship skills while serving in a camp counselor-like role during the summer Kingdom Team (K-Team) program for middle and high school youth groups. Help to make disciples of Jesus while leading youth both in discipleship training and in service opportunities connecting with immigrant and refugee children in Lancaster.
