Opportunities to serve include youth ministry, worship leading, community service and evangelism, church administration, and property care-taking.

A startup based in Malaga, Spain, Petra was formed to serve these valuable global workers who are often working in the areas of the world that are most difficult to be in and are therefore vulnerable to burnout. Support this work as an executive assistant to the CEO, as she and the core team provide practical support to these humanitarian workers through on-site resilience training, short-term and long-term coaching opportunities, and debriefing after challenging (and sometimes traumatic) field assignments. The work is full-time, with a minimum commitment of six months and a maximum service length of two years. Preferred deadline for applications is March 1 each year.
