Do you thrive in a group setting? A Discipleship Team might be the mission opportunity for you. Discipleship Teams are cross-cultural discipleship experiences in which you train and serve within a group where friendships, accountability, and mutual encouragement can develop. Discipleship Teams often include learners from a mix of cultural backgrounds, giving you the chance to serve alongside Jesus followers from around the world. For adults 18–30; time frames range from two to 11 months.
Every EMM worker's primary focus is to make disciples of Jesus. Join German students in a discipleship training and service program called Freiwilliges Soziales Jahre (Voluntary Service Year). Includes a three-week outreach to another country where hope is desperately needed. Intermediate proficiency in German is required. Preferred deadline for applications is April 3 each year.
Every EMM worker's primary focus is to make disciples of Jesus. Join a 10-month international discipleship school called Vida220 that challenges young adults to experience growth as disciples of Jesus as well as servanthood in the church and beyond. Engage in intense training, practical ministry experiences, and leadership opportunities. Preferred deadline for applications is June 1 each year. Grow in leadership and discipleship skills while serving in a camp counselor-like role during the summer Kingdom Team (K-Team) program for middle and high school youth groups. Help to make disciples of Jesus while leading youth both in discipleship training and in service opportunities connecting with immigrant and refugee children in Lancaster. Preferred application deadline is March 1.
