Eastern Mennonite Missions is looking for a proven ministry leader to bring direction to the Hub 450 cross-cultural ministry center in Lancaster, Pa. The right person will have a clear calling to ministry among immigrant/refugee communities and must have strong team-building and communication skills. The Hub 450 ministry director will oversee daily operations, including partnership and volunteer development, with an emphasis on grant writing and fundraising, to help the center achieve financial self-sufficiency.
