Living arrangements
Participants will stay in a community setting near their Lancaster outreach location.

Kingdom Teams (K-Teams) will serve students with refugee status and immigrants in Lancaster, Pa. alongside local community partners. In collaboration with these various community groups, K-Teams will serve with a summer school program, helping students who are non-native English speakers practice their language skills and gain confidence in relating to others. Outreach activities may include serving refugee children and youth through clubs, crafts, English conversation activities, sports, games, and other activities that build community and evidence the love of Christ.

In addition to serving in this ministry context, K-Team participants will have the opportunity to be discipled. Each day will start by being grounded in the Word of God through a group Bible study. Through interactive and engaging discipleship sessions, K-Team participants will learn and grow together as a group and individually in their journeys with Christ. Other activities may include prayer walks, cultural learning experiences, team building experiences, and service projects.
