Discipleship training and leadership development are critical needs for local believers within the Gambian church. While many pastors and leaders have opportunities to attend seminars and training events, growth opportunities are rarely available to lay members and young people. Krystle and Nate Thorne have begun a discipleship program for a few young women, providing life-on-life discipleship through conversations and lessons, with regular rhythms of weekly Bible study and monthly discipleship classes. They provide room and board so the young women can attend school. 

$200 will provide food and home utilities for the young women for one month
