Celia serves alongside her husband, Reginaldo Hill, as a pastor at Ministerios Peniel Internacional (MiPeniel), a Spanish Speaking congregation in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. She is actively engaged in pastoral ministry, preaching, discipleship, women’s ministry, leadership development, and community outreach. She also works in education and is passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, encouraging others to discover their God-given gifts and use them to serve Christ and their communities.
