Serves as President of Concilio Iglesias Evangelicas Shalom (CIES) and as international supervisor of the mission RED churches in seven Latin American countries. Samuel is a member of the New Holland Spanish Mennonite Church in New Holland, PA. He is actively involved with International Missions Association (IMA).
