Pastor José and Carmen López are volunteers who will travel to Peru to work alongside the church pastors, serving as directors of the Bible Institute of the Evangelical Mennonite Church of Peru. Additionally, Pastor José will develop curricula from an Anabaptist perspective for church leaders.
Michael and Ruth serve as members of the Christian-Muslim Relations Team, having served previously for nearly 10 years in South Asia. During this time they lived and worked in a Muslim community. This deep background experience is critical to understanding Muslims and gives them something to draw upon as they equip others for fruitful and life-giving relationships with Muslims. During those years in South Asia, they were devoted to prayer as one of their primary ministry functions. Their gifts and experience help the CMRT continue to grow in prayer and equipping others in prayer as a vital part of mission.
Valerie serves as a mission intern with EMM. She is serving as an administrative assistant through VidaNet.

Wendell and Melanie and their family serve in Costa Rica, mentoring and making disciples as directors of VidaNet. They are regional representatives for Central America, overseeing all of EMM’s programs and personnel in the region.
Peter and Christy serve in France, jointly appointed with Mennonite Mission Network. Peter is also a member at large of the Christian-Muslim Relations Team, encouraging churches and individuals through teaching, preaching, writing, and example, to build meaningful relationships with Muslims.

Vojta serves as a volunteer prison chaplain, where he leads Bible studies based on the book of Philippians, as well as meeting with inmates one-on-one. In addition, he holds various teaching and equipping roles in multiple contexts. Stacy teaches English lessons and is intentional about building relationships within the community, particularly in their daughter’s preschool. Together, Vojta and Stacy serve as Discipleship Coordinators in their local church, as well as mentoring and discipling believers and creating a welcoming space for people to gather in their home. They are also moving forward with planting a house church with the vision of seeing multiplication of house churches. Vojta and Stacy also serve as the Regional Representatives for Eastern and Central Europe for EMM.
John and Jeanette are engaging in language and cultural study and prioritizing learning about community needs in their first term. Their long-term goal is to focus on discipleship, church planting, and community development.
