It takes a village to provide well-being care! As Human Resources director, I oversee this aspect of EMM. I ponder processes and discern with people by listening, following, and cooperating with the One who creates and asks us, “Come. Know me. Belong. Find help and life in all you do.” Basically, I seek to listen. In this season my husband Jack and I are being blessed with grandchildren and a community of friends who know us, yet love us still.
