As the President of EMM, I am committed to bringing our organization’s comprehensive vision to life. Our mission is clear: To cross cultures, engage the world, and multiply disciples of Jesus. We do this through the transformative power of Christ’s love, and we achieve this by following our guiding principles of obedience, well-being, and multiplication.

My leadership is focused on driving EMM forward in this crucial work. We are committed to catalyzing movements that multiply disciples of Jesus around the world, giving primary focus to the least-reached groups. For this reason, my job is to ensure that every aspect of our organization aligns with this purpose.

My personal mission statement is:

“I exist to facilitate the conversation about the missional church in the world.” 

My wife, Mariana, and I share a passion for travel, connecting with diverse people, entertaining guests around our dining table, and serving Christ.
